Working alongside Vale UK our team were called in to carry out the builders clean works for the prestigious new Flannels store in Brighton.

Following great results from our deep clean team working at the brand new Flannels store in Portsmouth, our team were called to help with the Brighton store.  Our team carried out a number of visits to site following from an empty shell through to opening day.  Josh Wood our Contracts and New Business Manager made the preliminary visits to site before our work commenced to discuss the clients requirements, to accurately assess the work involved and provided a full written quotation to carry out the full scheme of cleaning works.

For our deep clean team the initial visits involved keeping the store clean and tidy during the early building work and shopfitting stages of the project.  Our team needed to remove dirt, debris and waste from the site.  Keeping a building site clean and tidy during works helps to ensure a safe working environment and minimises delays to the project timescale.

Our skilled team are confident to work alongside other trades and to follow the lead of the site management.  An adaptable approach makes sure that the team are able to fully meet the needs of the client with each visit.  As each site is different our management team regularly liaise with the site management to ensure that our team can work as effectively as possible.

As works progressed the team visited again to clean the new fixtures and fittings.  This involved cleaning large areas of glass and mirrors to ensure that all fingerprints were carefully removed.  The team used a high quality professional glass cleaning product ensuring a high shine and fingerprint removal without any risk of scratches.  The team were interested to see the progress on site as the store started to take shape.

The team returned to the store for the final pre-opening clean.  Once fully stocked the store benefited from a final clean, to remove any dust and marks.  The store looked amazing and carefully cleaning throughout ensured that it was absolutely perfect for its opening day, ready to welcome a crowd of eager customers!
