Our deep clean team completely cleaned 32 houses on behalf of Student Cribs to a very tight timescale and to an excellent standard.

The properties are located throughout the Southsea area and provide quality accommodation for students attending the University of Portsmouth. This required our multi-disciplinary team to work together throughout each property under the supervision and co-ordination of Dan Hutchings our Operations Manager.

We carried out a full high specification clean to every area of each property including cleaning all of the carpets, windows, ovens and cutting back the gardens.  We worked alongside the Student Cribs property management team to develop a custom cleaning specification that was designed to meet the exact needs of each property.  Our specification included cleaning the fridges, freezers and disposing of any waste.  Due to the lettings schedule of Student Cribs, there is a very short turn around time between the tenants leaving and new tenants moving in.  Our team work hard to ensure the turn around is completed to the time schedule and each property is visited to carry out snagging before sign off.

We are very proud of our team’s work in carrying out this huge task for both Student Cribs and the previous landlord Campbell Properties since 2018.

Our WOW carpet cleaning team used our high powered truck mounted hot-water extraction machine.  They were able to deep clean the carpets throughout the properties, removing dirt build-up and restoring the softness to the pile.  Our carpet cleaning is pet friendly and never uses harsh chemicals, using gentle cleaning agents and careful cleaning techniques our team were able to remove stains on the carpets leaving them looking as good as new.
