Great work from the T&H team working on behalf of Neillcott Construction on this multi-million pound development at Brighton Girls School.

The T&H deep clean team have been involved in various stages of this project situated within the former home of Regency Landowner Thomas Kemp.  The project, unveiled this Summer, reworked this landmark building into a shared community space with learning facilities for pupils alongside a community hub and wellbeing cafe.  Providing specialist facilities for art, science and design for pupils set within stunning landscaping in the heart of Brighton.

Building works always generate a lot of dust and debris and our team have been involved in ensuring that throughout the stages of the project the site remains clean and tidy.   Cleaning within a historic building has its challenges, very high ceilings, period features and delicate period windows all need to be carefully cleaned respecting the fabric of the building.  Our team have the skills to meet the challenge!

With a number of members of staff with IPAF certification our team were able to carry out high level window cleaning to the exterior of the building.  The team worked flexibly to accommodate the needs of the client, and constantly evolving schedules.  Our experienced operatives were able to fulfil customers requirements right from the initial builders clean, through the construction stages to the final ‘sparkle clean’ giving great results through the whole project.  The final sparkle clean ensures that the site is completely clean ready for handover to the school.  It is clean, clear and ready to welcome pupils and members of the wider community.
