Our deep clean team were called to this warehouse unit in Southampton and asked to carry out a deep clean to all areas before it is handed back to the landlord.  Our commercial post-tenancy clean specification ensures every area is systematically and thoroughly cleaned.  We deal with each premises as an individual and discuss your specific requirements before work commences.  In this instance our team needed to pay extra attention to the concrete floors throughout the property.  The floors were initially swept of loose debris before our team applied cleaning agents and used a mechanical scrubbing machine to remove all ingrained dirt.  The team then removed all excess water to leave the floors clean.

Our team also carefully cleaned the stairway, window ledges and frames and other internal areas including the toilets and staff tearoom.  The warehouse unit is now spotlessly clean and ready for its new occupants.
