Our team were called into carry out exterior cleaning at Crookhorn Technology College.

On behalf of Portsmouth Netball Association the team were asked to clean the Netball courts at the college.  Our the course of time, vegetation had built up on the surface of the court, leaving moss, leaves and algae across the area.  The vegetation build up meant the surface was unsafe for play, making it slippery and uneven, cleaning was needed before sports can recommence.

After sweeping up any loose debris the team applied both softwashing techniques and pressure washing to effectively remove the vegetation.  Soft wash uses a surfactant combined with bleach diluted with water to provide a very effective exterior cleaning solution.  Soft wash kills algae and will provide lasting protection for the surface.  Once the soft wash chemicals were applied, the products were allowed to dwell on the surface, before rinsing and pressure washing to remove any stubborn dirt.

After cleaning the clean asphalt surface is revealed.  The vegetation build up is removed and the surface is clean and clear ready for the sports season ahead.  Great job from the team.
