Our team used soft-wash and a pressure washing to remove dirt, debris and algae build-up from an external terrace in Chichester.

Our team were called in by our regular customer to attend site and clean the external patio terrace area of this first floor flat.  Algae had built up over the months and had discoloured the surface. Algal build-up can be hazardous and can become very slippery especially in wet conditions.

At T&H Contract Services we use soft-wash as the ideal solution to tackle exterior cleaning, particularly as it removes algae and moss.  At this particular property old fashioned pressure washing simply wasn’t suitable due to the mess it would have caused. Soft washing is less likely to damage siding or wood, it won’t leave marks on concrete, brick and stone.  Soft-wash kills, algae, mould and mildew instead of just blasting it off which will keep the surface clean and clear of discolouration for longer.

Our team applied the soft-wash throughout the area and left it to work.  The soft-wash cuts through, lifting the dirt and algae ensuring that the residue is easily rinsed off.
