Our team of painters and decorators worked to transform this Edwardian mansion in Fareham as it is converted into a new development of 10 apartments.

Our team of skilled painters were called in to carry out decorating works to the communal areas of Holly Hill Mansion. The property, built around 1911 was initially built as a single residence. it was converted into 15 apartments in the 1950’s and was owned a managed by Fareham Borough Council until recently. It had fallen into disrepair and the building was sold for redevelopment. The building has undergone extensive renovation and re-configuration into a luxury development of 10 apartments.

Our team have been responsible for restoring the stunning staircase and wood panelling to their former glory. The team carefully prepared the woodwork and applied coats of stain to achieve the high shine and durable finish shown in the photos. The team also worked to paint the exterior windows and window sills to ensure that the exterior looks as good as the interior! As the mansion enters the next phase of its life our team are glad to have been part of the history of this beautiful building.

Working in partnership with MCH Southern our multi-disciplinary team hope to return to work on additional phases of the project.
