• Firstly we attend site to pump out all excess water.

Please see below photos of our recent visit to our customers premises in Chandlers Ford.  Our customers premises are within a large and prestigious office complex however drainage was overwhelmed by extremely heavy rainfall.  The water had pooled underneath the flooring and had filled the floor void.

Our team used our high-powered truck mounted extraction machine which removed more than 300 litres of rainwater from this floor.  Any remaining dampness was then left to evaporate by turning up the air-conditioning to ensure it was completely dry to prevent any condensation under the floor.  Once dry the floor will be able to be replaced and work can continue as normal.

• Our team thoroughly clean and sanitise carpets that have been contaminated with dirty water.

In another recent example, unfortunately caused by the same episode of heavy rain, a local primary school was flooded by a large quantity of dirty sewer water due to a collapsed drain.  Our team were able to attend site quickly after receiving the call and worked alongside other agencies, working over the weekend to get the school clean and safe for pupils to return on the following Monday.

Our team worked to clean and sanitise the carpet throughout the ground floor of the school.  Due to the fact that contaminated water had made its way into the building our team carefully cleaned the carpets using an antibacterial product.  The product that we used alongside our high powered truck mounted extraction machine ensured that the site was left hygienically clean, smelling fresh and most importantly safe for the pupils and staff.

This premises was affected by a sewer leak that meant it was flooded by dirty water and sewage.  Our team removed all standing water and contaminated material including carpet tiles. They then thoroughly cleaned throughout with a antibacterial agent specially designed for this purpose.  To make additionally sure that the area was fully decontaminated it was then fogged throughout with the same antibacterial agent.  Our team will return to collect the de-humidifiers and any waste left from the works.
