What we are doing?

• Health monitoring

Our office team sign in each day, taking and recording their temperature.  Our mobile staff each have a infra-red thermometer to take their temperature and call the office to record it on a daily basis.  Visitors are limited to essential visitors only, all visitors are required to sign in with the same procedure.

• Fogging

Our office is fogged with our state of the art anti-viral treatment on a regular basis.  With the use of our Barrier Tech formula, fogging provides protection to hard surfaces and hard to reach areas for up to 4 weeks.  It gives our staff peace of mind to know that our computer equipment and phones are thoroughly sanitised by using this method. We supply this great service to a number of our regular customers so it makes sense that we would use it too!

• Face coverings

All our staff members must wear a face covering in the communal areas of the building, such as our warehouse area.  Mobile operatives wear face coverings when travelling with other members of staff in a vehicle.  During team tasks and when working in a clients home strict hygiene is observed with the wearing of appropriate PPE.  All our contract cleaning staff at fixed locations have received extra training and a specific toolbox talk with regard to additional hygiene requirements that are now necessary due to Covid.  PPE has been issued and social distancing is carefully adhered to.

• Steam cleaning the carpets

Our office carpets are regularly cleaned with steam which due to high temperatures kills bacteria and viruses.  Steam cleaning helps to prevent the spread of Covid as airborne particles gradually fall to the floor and can easily be spread to other areas and surfaces.  Steam cleaning is quiet and dries incredibly quickly which means that it can be carried out during the normal working day without causing interruption.
