Gillian has been with us for over 5 years now, but has over 30 years experience as a contract manager within the cleaning industry.

She is the main point of contact for our contract cleaning clients and her role is dedicated to ensuring that your cleaning needs are met in full, she is there to support and assist you at any point.

Gillian visits each site and carries out an in depth cleaning audit each month, this is often carried out with the client present.  This ensures that she has a finger on the pulse of how each cleaning contract is running.  Because of her extensive experience in the cleaning industry Gillian is able to make appropriate recommendations to our clients, helping them to adapt to changing circumstances.

Recently Gillian has been very much involved with training all our staff to meet increased hygiene standards and requirements due to the Covid-19 outbreak.  Gillian has been liaising with our customer base to ensure that our cleaning specifications and products are adapted to meet the additional needs of our customers during the current pandemic.
